AIO Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates Thor ("the Service"), an AI-powered tax strategy and consultation platform available at thortaxes.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use Thor.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

Thor is designed with your privacy in mind:

• No user accounts required for chat — you can use Thor's conversational features without registering or providing personal information
• No conversations stored — your chat sessions are not saved on our servers between sessions
• No cookies — we do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies
• No analytics tracking — we do not use third-party user tracking tools
• No data selling — we have never sold and will never sell user data to any third party

2. Information That May Be Submitted

If Thor includes an intake form or questionnaire feature, you may voluntarily provide information such as:

• General tax situation details (filing status, income ranges, etc.)
• Contact information (if you choose to request follow-up)
• Business or financial information relevant to tax strategy questions

How Intake Form Data Is Handled

• Intake form data is processed to provide relevant responses and information
• This data is not permanently stored on our servers
• We do not create persistent profiles or databases of user financial information
• If you provide contact information for follow-up, it will be used solely for that purpose

3. How Conversations Are Processed

When you interact with Thor's AI features, your messages are processed in real time:

• Your messages are sent to the Anthropic Claude API for AI processing
• The AI generates a response based on your input
• The response is delivered back to your browser
• Conversations are not stored between sessions

Third-Party AI Processing

Thor uses Anthropic's Claude AI to process conversations. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling practices. Anthropic's API is designed for commercial use and does not use API inputs to train their models.

4. Financial Information Sensitivity

We understand that tax and financial information is sensitive and personal. Because of this:

• We have designed Thor to minimize data collection and retention
• We do not store tax returns, financial statements, or detailed financial data
• We strongly recommend that you do not share Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or tax ID numbers in conversations with Thor
• We cannot retrieve, look up, or share any information from your past conversations because we do not store them

5. Data Stored in Your Browser

Some information may be temporarily stored in your web browser's local memory to provide a functional experience. This data:

• Exists only on your device
• Is not transmitted to our servers for storage
• Is cleared when you close the browser tab or start a new session
• Can be manually cleared through your browser's settings

6. Server and Hosting

Thor is hosted on secure web hosting infrastructure. The hosting provider may collect basic server logs (such as IP addresses and access timestamps) as part of standard operations. These logs are managed by the hosting provider under their own privacy practices and are not used by AIO Inc. for tracking or identification purposes.

7. Children's Privacy

Thor is intended for use by adults (18 years of age or older). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has used the Service, please contact us.

8. Data Security

We take security seriously:

• All connections to Thor are encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• API communications with third-party services are encrypted in transit
• We follow industry-standard security practices in development and maintenance

9. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store personal information from chat sessions, traditional data rights (access, deletion, correction) are largely inapplicable. However, you have the right to:

• Stop using the Service at any time
• Clear your browser data to remove locally cached information
